PMO Director's note: Engagement opened with $21,500 (ex-GST) committed across 7 workstreams. $10,500 costs to date (sum of CSC-INV-2026-001 PMO services + CSC-INV-2026-002 CRM scoping tokens + CSC-INV-2026-003 commission engine build tokens). Forecast to complete: $11,500 (Phase 1 Months 2+3 PMO services + WS2 contingency for CRM build sprint). Total forecast vs budget: $-500 over budget — requires Steerco intervention.

WS2 flag: Stripe Connect rollover (OTOSOB Time = amber) — escalation to SC#2 if not unblocked by Fri 26 Jun. Working with Matt to unblock API keys this week.
